Samsung Electronics America President Tim Baxter addresses public apology. The New Galaxy Note 7 is now safe.




Samsung Electronics America President Tim Baxter addresses public apology, said 130.000 Galaxy Note 7 has been exchanged already and that the New Galaxy Note 7 battery is now safe.

Tim Baxter, President & COO of Samsung Electronics America, addresses Samsung’s exchange program and formal U.S. voluntary recall of the Galaxy Note7 in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Samsung confirms that new Note 7 replacement devices will be available in the United States at most retail locations no later than September 21, 2016.
