We don`t know if the Samsung Foldable code name WINNER smartphone will be presented at the SDC Samsung Developer Conference this Nov 7-8 or at CES 2019 or MWC 2019 yet. However, it has been mentioned on the Androi Pie update for the Galaxy S9/S9+ as "winnerlte", meaning the foldable smartphone might arrive with a Samsung Exynos 9810 or 9820 chip, rumored to come on the Galaxy S10.
In the same framework files found, there is a policy file for the yet not released Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 that might be the successor of the 845. The 8150 would be the first Qualcomm chipset with NPU Neural Processing unit.
It is more likely the SD 8150 will come on board the Galaxy S10.
Finally the Samsung Galaxy WINNER foldable smartphone is near to a final presentation anytime between November 7, 2018 and February 2019.
