DDD’s TriDef 3D Ignition is the middleware application that effectively manages communication between the game and the 3D hardware.

If you have an ENVY 17 3D system go here: www.ddd.com/hp-envy and follow the steps. It will check to make sure you have the right system and allow you to download and install the 3D Ignition software. Once launched, you can scan your system for the 300+ games natively supported and give access to a handy 3D gaming launching platform. If you want to run games in standard 2D, just launch as you always have. If you want to experience the stereoscopic effect, launch with the Ignition application.
