Samsung is going to hold the Samsung Developer Conference 2018 in San Francisco tomorrow for two days and is said to unveil some information about the foldable smartphone/tablet SM-F900X like pictures and specifications, but not presenting a live device just yet, but how the UI will work and what developers can do to make applications for the foldable device.
Keen to make its foldable smartphone the next big thing, Samsung Electronics Co will depart from its usual policy of keeping product plans highly secret and provide some details of the phone’s key features for app developers this week.
The goal is garnering critical feedback as new technologies will require developers to tweak apps to make sure they run smoothly when the phone folds out into tablet form, says Reuters.
Samsung SM-F900X some specifications:
7.3 inch display foldable
Qualcomm SnapDragon 8150
512GB of storage
Dual SIM
Silver color
Android UI specially developed by Google and Samsung.
4 dedicated applications inside and out.
Before information:
Samsung’s first foldable smartphone is said to feature a 7.3-inch OLED display, which can be folded inward with a curvature radius of 1.5 millimeters. An extra 4.6-inch OLED display is said to be installed on one side of the phone.
