SONY Xperia Z3 world`s first underwater unboxing. Video

UK Carphone Warehouse have made the world`s first underwater unboxing of the SONY Xperia Z3 which is coming up to the USA in October 9 in an special launch event in New York.

The video is very creative idea of Carphone Warehouse , probing the Xperia Z3 is a truly waterproof smartphone.

Underwater you can take picture and selfies and surf around the device with no problems.

In compliance  to IP65 and IP68 standards, the Xperia Z3 is protected against the ingress of dust and is water resistant. As long as all ports and caps are tightly sealed, the mobile  is resistant to dust;  is protected against water jets from any direction at low pressure according to IP65; and  can be immersed in fresh water up to 1.5 meters deep for up to 30 minutes, according to IP68 standard.

SONY sends out invitation for New York Oct 9 event

The Sony invite image (seen above) shows the date and time along with a text in bold letters written on a wall saying "Demand Great."

We already know that Sony has been promoting its Xperia Z3 models on Twitter with #DemandGreat hashtag, indicating the New York launch most probably the US launch of the Xperia Z3 family - the Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact, and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact. While some are expecting a new device to be announced, it seems quite likely that the event is for the Xperia Z3 family.

Both smartphones feature IP65/68 certification, which makes them dust-proof and waterproof. Sony says both smartphones have 4G LTE support .

The event will be hold in New York in October 9 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

SONY is teasing 3 new mobile devices for Sept 3rd on video.

SONY fron the beginning of its video show 3 cups of coffee , a soccer player with the number 3 on the back,  3: two girls and a boy go in the pool, meaning 3 devices are on the way to IFA 2014.

Some of the words on the video: It`s time, you got to see this, Enchanted, Keeps  going,.

And at the end of video a fast flash of 3 devices teased as you can observe on the picture above, that could be the rumored Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact both smartphones  and the Xperia Z3 8 inch tablet. 

Not on this video but rumors are also saying SONY will unveil a new smartwatch alongside the 3 Xperia new mobile devices.

SONY will hold a press conference in Berlin in September 3rd as pre-IFA 2014 event at 16:15 Berlin time..

SONY on a recently pic posted on its facebook page, teases the Xperia Z3 Compact 8 inch tablet alongside with a  new Smartwatch. As the pic shows someone by the pool, assume both products are water resistant.

Sony is gearing up to announce a number of new mobile devices at IFA 2014 in early September. We are expecting to see the 5.2-inch Xperia Z3, 4.6-inch Xperia Z3 Compact and the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, which is rumoured to carry an 8-inch form-factor.

Other devices expected to make an appearance include a new Smartwatch and new models in Sony’s QX lens-style camera range.

The Xperia Blog have confirmed with SONY the launch of  the Z3, Z3 Compact smartphones and  a new SmartWatch 3. and the latest lens-style cameras.
