Aug. 6 (Bloomberg) -- David Garrity, principal at GVA Research LLC, discusses the outlook for Hewlett-Packard Co. after Chief Executive Officer Mark Hurd announced his resignation. Hurd resigned after an investigation found he had a personal relationship with a contractor who received pay from the company that wasn’t business-related.
