Samsung Mobile Display produced a short Video (in Korean) showing a transparent, flexible 3D AMOLED display based tablet. This is obviously just a concept device.
According to the clip, our smartphone will unfold to also do duty as our tablet, with the transparent sheet being used to frame photos, enable augmented reality style translation and geo-location services, and show gesture-controlled digital magazines.
2012 is targeted by Samsung to release the first devices with the flexible amoled display.
