2013: Samsung working in a 3GB RAM and buttonless device.
Samsung is working in a new device with more power , 3GB of RAM . Maybe a new feature could need such power.
Also is making a transition to go with smartphones buttonless. According to sammobile source its gigabytes. The stickers are only for internal usage.
This device could come live in 2013.
