Australia: Telstra to launch Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, soon.

WorldWide Tech & Science. Francisco De Jesús.

Rumor has it that the wireless carrier could plan the launch of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE tablet PC, and that we might see it on shelves as soon as next month.

Telstra is expected to launch some new LTE-capable Samsung smartphones as well, and might announce all on them as soon as the Mobile World Congress kicks off in Barcelona in late February.

As Ausdroid notes, Telstra has already confirmed plans to bring a 4G tablet PC to the market in Australia before mid-2012.

Australian mobile phone carrier Telstra is set to bring to the country a new series of devices that will provide users with access to its LTE network, and tablet PCs might also be included among them.
