May 2013: LG to announce the Optimus G2 with 2GHz quad-core chip.
Is rumored LG will bring out a new Optimus smartphone "G2" next year,1920 x 1080 pixel panel 440 ppi, 5 inch AMOLED ultra HD display , a Qualcomm 2 GHz quad-core chip Snapdragon S4 MSM8974, 4G LTE on a single chip to reduce battery comsumption, camera backlight prevention technology, Google Android Jelly Bean, DMB chip technology wil lbe adopted for the local SMEs.
LG tentative launch date is set for May 2013.
