VerizonWireless the largest mobile carrier of the USA will offer the LG G Pad 8.3 Android tablet LTE version from March 6.
The LG G Pad 4G LTE is the worlds first 8.3 inch tablet with a Full HD display resolution IPS 1920x1200, 273 ppi, Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor 1.5 GHz, Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 (upgradable to KitKat 4.4.2, 2GB RAM , 16GB eMMC ROM (Micro SD slot up to 64GB), 5 Mpxls rear camera AF, 1,3 Mpxls front camera, 4.600 mAh battery, size 216,8x126,5 x8,85 m.m, weight 340grams.
The LG G Pad 8.3 4G LTE is excellent for watching movies, browsing social media and editing documents with Polaris Office 5. And because of its design, bookworms can hold it comfortably with one hand to read using the Amazon Kindle app.
With Slide Aside™, users can switch between up to three apps by sliding three fingers across the screen. Alternatively, the QSlide™ Function feature allows users to display up to two apps on the screen at once. For example, users can watch a side-loaded movie while also sending emails, all on one screen.
Messaging on a tablet once meant email and social media updates, but in today’s connected world, texting is also a part of the tablet experience. Instead of trying to use both devices at the same time, the Q Pair™ app on the tablet uses Bluetooth to sync the tablet with a user’s Android smartphone (running Android 4.1 or higher) to receive notifications for calls, texts and social media updates. If the phone is accidentally left at home or at the office, Verizon Messages allows users to send and receive text messages from their tablets.
The LG G Pad 8.3 LTE will be available starting March 6 for $299.99 online and in stores. To kick off the launch, the tablet will be available for $99.99 with a new two-year activation from March 6 until March 10. After March 10, users can purchase the tablet for $199.99 with a new two-year activation. Customers can add the tablet to their MORE Everything plans for an additional $10 per month.
