You may remember there was a bit of confusion surrounding the announcement of Samsung’s larger 10.1″ Galaxy Tab.
The company announced it, then Vodafone announced plans to stock it – but then Samsung dramatically decided to redesign it and make an alternate, slimmer model.
The initial 10.1″ tablet was then renamed the Galaxy Tab 10.1v and was to be a Vodafone exclusive.
Vodafone’s just said it’ll now be selling the newer, slimmer model (holding page for it here ), instead of the original 10.1v model.
So the slightly bulkier Galaxy Tab 10.1v no longer exists it would seem. Still no news on launch dates.
The internet seems to think delays in rolling out Android 3.1 are holding up the launch of the tablet, but that’s only an unconfirmed rumour.
