Intel and Lenovo partner technology in the Phoenix Children's Hospital's Child Life Zone.

Francisco De Jesùs.

This is the story of Intel and Lenovo partnering in a technology update for the Child Life Zone at Phoenix Children's Hospital. The new touch-enabled technology—including tabletops, laptops, and 2 in 1s—helps normalize kids by decreasing their feelings of isolation while improving their ability to communicate with each other and staff. The Child Life Zone provides a respite for patients and their families while they are at the hospital; this procedure-free area is a safe place to escape from the harsh realty of the hospital for a little while and just have fun.
