Microsoft/Nokia installed some hidden cameras and microphones in a cafè , and staff were sent out to find people with the unluckiest modern day problem of all a broken phone. Not only the company did replace the phone with Lumia 1520`s and 620`s, but also gave away them X-Box game consoles, Surface Pro 2 tablets, Office 365 and Skype suscriptions. The full Microsoft package so they can enjoy one great experience in the unluckiest day of the year. Good to see many happy faces :)
