Apple released the new ios 4.3 beta for developers, which includes a few new multitouch gestures, including swipe for the multitasking display. The swipe comes out from the display screen but not from the below frame bar of the ipad as you can see on the video below. So they are not really borrowing full HP webos swipe like the RIMs Blackberry is doing on the Playbook tablet, in a full HP webos swipe copy cat.
