Hitachi latest Deskstar SATA 6Gbps HDD, the 7K3000 (7200rpm) and 5K3000 (5400 rpm), as now available in 1.5, 2 and 3TB. With the first model featuring 64MB of cache and only 32MB for the 5K3000.
