Mobile broadband service launched in three cities; rollout to continue in 2011.
Swedish telecom operator TeliaSonera AB said Friday it has launched the first fourth-generation, or 4G, mobile broadband services in Estonia.
The services have been launched in the cities of Tallinn, Tartu and Kohila, and the roll-out will continue in 2011, TeliaSonera said.
4G networks are up to ten times faster than third-generation technology.
TeliaSonera launched the world's first commercial 4G network in Sweden late last year.
