CES 2011: HTC to showcase two Android smartphones through Verizon, Sprint at CES .HTC Scribe tablet at MWC 2011

HTC does not have exhibition space at the upcoming 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) but that will not stop the smartphone maker from debuting an Android LTE (Long Term Evolution) smartphone, the Droid Incredible HD, through its partner Verizon as well as an Android smartphone, the EVO Shift 4G, through another partner Sprint Nextel at CES, according to industry sources in Taiwan.

While HTC CEO Peter Chou declined to respond to whether HTC will launch tablet PCs on January , CES 2011. 

Taiwan-based makers of components indicated HTC may unveil the HTC Scribe, its initial tablet PCs equipped with a 7-inch screen and Android 3.0, at the 2011 Mobile World Congress to take place in Barcelona, Spain, during February 14-17.
