Here's a great photo of the noon netbook winners from today. Check out more pictures from the Intel AppUp Experience.
You can also see shots of the AppUp Experience space. Just to let you know, the AppUp team pulled out all the stops to remodel the neglected retail area into a sleek app testing ground for everyone from app pros to app N00bs. Doesn't it look good?
"So far, my favorites are the family-friendly apps," said one street team member, "but I'm looking forward to checking them all out."
We also sat in on the street team training where we heard great AppUp Center facts like:
• There are 700 apps in the store, 30 percent of which are free.
• Load Up, Gear Up and Study Up are lists with recommendations for apps for organization, travel and school respectively.
• The apps in the AppUp center are all optimized for netbooks.
• Apps from the AppUp Center can be downloaded on up to five netbooks.

As a reminder, the Intel AppUp Experience is happening September 15-16 at San Francisco's Metreon.
The first 200 AppUp Experience early birds each day will pick up a ceramic travel mug and a muffin. So get there early! The AppUp Experience opens at 10 a.m. So that's not too early, but the mugs are cool.
If you'd like to try your odds at winning a netbook, stop in at noon and 4 p.m. for the raffles.
Say hi to the street team and follow the updates from the AppUp Experience on Twitter @IntelAppUp.
