During a meeting on May 11 with Brazilian Communications Minister Paulo Bernardo, who is on an official visit to South Korea, Samsung revealed it will produce a new tablet model - with a 10-inch screen - in Brazil, in a clear intention of competing with Apple.
The manufacturer's idea is to start production in the second half of 2011. Information on the local production of the tablet was made available to the press by the Office of the Ministry of Communications of Brazil.
