Over the next few weeks, the Internet giant will roll out an updated Google Talk with video chat, starting with the Nexus S and making its way to tablets and Gmail.
Unlike Apple's FaceTime feature which only operates over WiFi, Google's version will run on 3G and 4G connections, too.
