HP has been selected to develop and deliver a Multi Channel Platform to the Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB).

Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) announced that HP has been selected to develop and deliver a Multi Channel Platform. This will offer SHB customers an integrated, rich and consistent experience across Internet, Mobile banking, ATM's, Call Centers and the SHB branches.

The Multi Channel Platform programme will deliver the latest technology, allowing the bank to substantially improve its current services whilst enabling the flexibility to add new services in future. As such, the programme will be the first step of a continuous journey of innovation in which SHB and HP join forces to bring the best solutions to the bank's customers.
