Notice that is the first time the Pre3 touch to share to the TouchPad a photo and the TouchPad loads it. Well we know the Pre3 has a 5 mpxls camera and the TouchPad doesn´t have a rear camera.
I don´t know how they do that but if you observe the video, at the moment the Pre 3 touch the Touchpad the pic swipes out and the same pic stays as card and then it goes to the touchpad.
I cannot read clearly the command lines that appears on the browser. UPDATE: Apparently is via flirck.

Ah, I was forgetting : And a HP presenter said you can TTS maps. And Jon Rubinstein said TTS IM is a good idea.
