Samsung Electronics Tablets Will Unveil its new OLED at a Samsung GALAXY PREMIERE 2014: TAB INTO COLOR event in New York on June 12. This new high-end model will be the world's first ever mobile device to feature WQXGA (2560×1600) AMOLED display. The AMOLED display technology is known for its low power consumption and high contrast levels.
"OLED Samsung Will Release Two Tablets with screen sizes - 8.4 and 10.5 inches - at the event," said a familiar Source with the plan.
Senior executives at its Samsung Mobile Division Will Attend the event. The Company also plans to hold a Press Conference in New York on June 12 presenting its Updated Mobile business strategies.
Samsung Display Will Provide Technology for OLED display which outperform those using the Premium Tablets LCD Displays in terms of picture quality and Viewing Experience, said Samsung officials.
