Engineers used a wind tunnel at NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, to evaluate the design of Sierra Nevada Corporation's Dream Chaser spacecraft. The Dream Chaser is one of the spacecraft in development in partnership with NASA's Commercial Crew Program to carry humans to destinations in low-Earth orbit. The wind tunnel testing is part of a milestone under the company's Commercial Crew Integrated Capability agreement with NASA.
