USA: Samsung tops American customer satisfaction index for the first time



Samsung Electronics topped the American Customer Satisfaction Index for smartphones for the first time, helped by its Galaxy line up. The South Korean company earned a score of 81/100. According to the benchmarks shown on the chart above.

Last year its score was 76. "While Apple Sells still nearly twice the number in the United States as of PHONES.  Samsung, the South Korean Manufacturer comes out on top in One critical metric, customer satisfaction," said ACSI. "Samsung appears to Benefit the most from the rising popularity of smartphones. The Manufacturer has been aggressively capturing market with its Galaxy S smartphones and Note series, "

The California-based Apple. ranked second with 79 points this year. Motorola Mobility and Nokia both had 77 Points, trailed by HTC with 75. LG Electronics, Samsung's smaller local rival, had an ACSI score of 73.
