Samsung Galaxy S8 new battery manufacturer is Murata Mfg Co from Japan.




After the Galaxy Note 7 battery fiasco that made the devices burn, Samsung is replacing its China battery supplier ATL for the Japanese company Murata Manufacturing  Co. which bougth SONY battery business last year in June.

On the picture above you can see all the smartphones parts Murata can make.

Samsung SDI will continue supplying batteries to Samsung Electronics for the Galaxy S8.
