Samsung is preparing the Galaxy Fold 2nd generation smartphone with an 8-inch display and S Pen included and will release it on December 2019 or January 2020, with a previous Unpacked event for announcing it on November 25.
This second-generation Galaxy Fold will fold-in, which folds the screen inward and it is summarized as a folder-based phone based on the Galaxy Note series.
If Samsung Electronics releases its second-generation Galaxy Fold in December as planned, flexible printed circuit boards (FPCBs) for foldable organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels are likely to start mass production from August.
There is no news about the first-generation Galaxy Fold re-launch time yet or if it will be canceled definitely.
