SONY will announce a new range of Xperia smartphones at MWC Barcelona 2020 in Monday, February 24th, 8:30 a.m and will live stream the conference on this address: www.youtube.com/user/sonyxperia

Ice Universe has posted on Twitter a chart we post here below, of 3 Samsung Galaxy S20 model specifications that might be the smartphones the company is going to unpack on February 11, 2020, at MWC 2020 in San Francisco and release on March 6, 2020.

All 3 Galaxy S20 Ultra, S20+, and S20 will sport a 108MP main camera and all of them will have the capability to record 8K 30fps or 4K HDR 120fps video.

However, we don't see a 12GB of RAM device since the Galaxy Note 10 has it, or if there will be a 5G version.

All of them will arrive with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage and Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 990.

The batteries coming in them are 4900, 4300 and 3730 mAh respectively, and the screens are 6.9, 6.7, and 6.2 inches, as well.
