3 New iPhones are coming and how they look like. Pics.

Now is the time for Apple answer to the recently unveiled Samsung Galaxy Note 9., and appears it will be with  3 new models.

On a video posted by Marques Borwnlee 3 iPhone sizes are the smartphones Apple is going to unveil in September as 2018 models.

5.8 inch iPhone X OLED Display. Dual cameras. In Black, White, Gold colors.

6.1 inch iPhone X LCD Display. Single camera. In 4 colors.

6.5 inch iPhone X Plus OLED Display, Dual Camera. In Black, White and Gold colors.

The 6.1 inch LCD with iPhone X look below in the middle , will replace the iPhone 8 Plus of last year .We don`t know if it will be called iPhone 9 Plus just yet.

Speculating about the differences between them besides the size, it might be about inside hardware and features in software or maybe just in inside hardware.

Apple Face ID coming to all 3 new 2018 iPhones models.

According to ETNews , Apple decided to include Face ID feature to all three new iPhones (two OLED models, one LCD model) that will be released this year and selected suppliers that will provide relevant modules. 

LG Innotek and Sharp are currently in charge of manufacturing Face ID modules for iPhone X. However there will be changes to this group for the upcoming iPhones. While LG Innotek will remain as a module supplier for follow-up models of iPhone X, Apple also selected Chinese companies to be its module suppliers as well.

It is found out that Apple selected two Chinese companies where one is a company that is emerging amongst Smartphone part markets while other one is a popular semiconductor packaging company. It is heard that LG Innotek will be the biggest main vendor out of the three module suppliers while two Chinese companies will be in charge of rest of supplies.

It was noticed early on that Apple has been planning to apply Face ID features to more of its products. Apple announced last December that it would be investing $390 million into VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) manufacturer called Finisar. VCSEL is a major part that goes into Face ID module of iPhone X. However, this is the first time that names of Face ID module manufacturers were materialized and shown. It seems that Apple has started to establish SCM (Supply Chain Management) for new models that will be released this fall.

LG Display to invest $8.7 billion in new OLED plant, targeting iPhones 2018 models.

South Korea's LG Display said it will invest more than 10 trillion won ($8.71 billion) to build a large plant to make panels using organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels, raising its big bet on the ultra-clear display technology.

The company said it will spend an initial 1.84 trillion won to begin building the plant, called P10, in Paju, South Korea, to make panels across all product segments including large screens for TVs and flexible OLED panels for devices such as smartwatches and auto displays.

Production is expected to begin in the first half of 2018.

Japan's Nikkei Asian Review reported without identifying sources that LG Display was building a new plant in anticipation of Apple Inc  adopting OLED technology for its iPhone in 2018. A spokeswoman for LG Display declined to comment to Reuters on the report.

LG Electronics Inc  and its affiliate LG Display are investing heavily on OLED for TVs, and LG Electronics recently slashed the prices of TV sets in the United States using OLED in a push to popularise the technology.
