China clears NSN/Moto deal

The Financial Times reports that China’s Ministry of Commerce has cleared the acquisition of the bulk of Motorola’s networks business by Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), which was the final hurdle for the transaction. 

NSN previously said it expects the deal to complete in the current quarter, having re-negotiated the terms of the agreement.
