Rogers Communications said yesterday it will launch LTE in Canada later this year, ahead of its closest rival Telus.

According to a Reuters report, Rogers, Canada's largest mobile operator, is to launch LTE in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Ottawa this year, and then broaden coverage to the nation's top 25 markets in 2012.
