As you know there are dedicated HP e-print applications available for Blackberry, iPhone and Android smartphones and also you know you can set up your webOS device running 1.45 or 2.0 using your e-mail. to e-print on a HP printer, but there is not a webOS dedicated app for that service., yet. Well in July 2011 HP will launch an official dedicated app for HP webOS devices.
Although the link source where this HP e-print mobile information is more related to smartphones, we think the TouchPad will have it too.
A demo for webOS smartphones was showed at the MWC 2011 :
The timeline for the application was announced for late Spring then : HP news
So if you have a Pre, Pre Plus, Pixi, Pixi Plus and Pre2 now, you will have the HP webOS dedicated e-print application in July as well.
And of course the upcoming HP webOS Pre3, Veer and the TouchPad, will have this app too, not clear if it will happen at launch this early summer or if this new webOS family devices will be just updated with the e-print dedicated app in July, with before webOS devices at the same time. Probably yes.
Here is what the HP e-print mobile site shows at the bottom of the services description:
