The upcoming Motorola Droid X10 tablet will be released in early 2011, powered by Android 3.0 Gingerbread.

The BGR's source also says that the upcoming Motorola Droid X10 tablet should be expected in February 2011. Furthermore, it should be powered by Android 3.0 Gingerbread, which for instance enables Adobe AIR Web applications.
