The LG G2 with 4.4.2 KitKat wows over JellyBean last update.With the KitKat OS upgrade, the LG G2 plays music more efficiently and supports the battery-saving lo-cation mode, extending battery life and user enjoyment. The latest Android OS also pro-vides a noticeable speed boost, allowing the G2 to run applications up to 17 percent faster than before and thanks to the Chromium engine, web browsing is quicker as well, based on internal testing. What's more, a handy new feature called Google Cloud Printer makes it easy to print documents via Wi-Fi or a Bluetooth connection. 

The KitKat OS update will be rolling out in the UK from mid March.

HTC One Google Play Edition gets Android 4.4.2 Update.

The HTC One Google Play Edition is recieving the Update OTA (Over The Air).

HTC also posted its kernel source and frameworks files (sized at 468.4 MB) for HTC One Google Play Edition. Report says that this update has started rolling out safely and the firmware version is 3.62.1700.1 that is 4.4.2/KOT49H.

The HTC One Google Play Edition owners can get this update from HTCDev Devcenter or directly from the Google’s server. Links are given below.

Google had released the Android 4.4.1 update last week and halted it because of a few issues with that update and has now released the 4.4.2 update to everyone today. The Update is right now being made available to the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and the Nexus 10 owners.
