LG Electronics is set to showcase its ‘smart’ education vertical line-up, products and solutions designed for the education sector at a top exhibition in Dubai this month.
The Gulf Education Supplies and Solutions (GESS) Exhibition 2015 will run from February 24 to 26 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Already recognised as a market leader through its involvement with the UAE Government ‘Smart Learning Program’, LG will forefront the discussions on education solutions for a ‘Smart City,’ said a statement.
David Kim, Middle East and Africa business-to-business director, said: “We’ve completed the second phase of the installation process for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program (MBRSLP) and GESS provides us the ultimate platform to share our professional solutions to a wider audience and to raise awareness about how our solutions can enhance the education experience for the prosperity of our community.
“As schools witness the expanding trends of technological integration, we continue to demonstrate our dedication to developing innovative and advanced educational display solutions.”
On display over the three days will be the Ultra HD 84-inch Touch Interactive White Board which provides a collaborative environment in the classroom between the teacher and the students (including tablets), said the statement.
It will also showcase the Announcement Boards which is quick and with the use of WebOS it makes it easier for the school management to update easily and instantly which also reduces operational costs.
Other solutions also on display will include the Class Recording Solutions, Management and Monitoring Solutions.
