Italy: PosteMobile launches ZTE tablet with one year free internet

Italian MVNO PosteMobile has teamed up with ZTE to launch the PM1152 Tabula tablet on the local market.

The Tabula is the seventh device marketed by the two companies within 13 months and is part of ZTE's new investment strategy across Europe.

This device has a 7-inch touch screen, weighs 400 g and uses the Android 2.1 OS. Connectivity is guaranteed by compatibility with GSM triband (900/1800/1900), UMTS 2100 and HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps download, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, RAM 512 MB and ROM of 512 MB, with expandable microSD memory up to 32 GB. On the back of the device is a 3 MP camera.

The Tabula is offered at a retail price of EUR 349 and those buying a PosteMobile Sim before October 15 receive one year free internet.
