Samsung accuses Apple of not pursuing innovation, but abusing of patent law instead. Galaxy S3 not affected.

According to FT,Samsung to their employees in an internal memo says “Apple has been the outright abuse of patent law, not the pursuit of innovation.”

Also there is an analyst at Nomura, CW Chung who says: “  Even if Samsung has to pay the damages, it's only about 3 per cent of operating profit,” he said. “I don't think this decision will make consumers ignore the quality of Samsung's products...the Galaxy S3 is already very different (to the iPhone).”
