WorldWide Tech & Science. Francisco De Jesùs.

Alcatel-Lucent has opened an innovation center in Taiwan to serve clients in the Asia Pacific area. It is the firm's fourth innovation center globally, the other three being in the US, France and Brazil, respectively.
Taiwan was selected because it has advantages coming from its well-developed ICT industries and supply chains and high Internet connectivity, Alcatel-Lucent said.
Through the innovation center, Alcatel-Lucent said it will cooperate with Taiwan-based partners to develop solutions and services for use in different markets in Asia Pacific.
